September 26, 2018 4:00-6:00pm "Culture & Credibility in 21st Century Economics" Lecture by John Cirigliano in William T. Young Library Alumni Gallery. Mr. Cirigliano will discuss how language & economics & culture, in combination, provide opportunities for fascinating interactions & revenue streams. He will discuss five case studies based on his business investments in China, Britain, Italy, France and the United States.

WORLD LANGUAGE DAY: October 26, 2018 4:00-7:00pm World Language Career Day Alumni Event at Don & Cathy Jacobs Science Building:

World Language Alumni are invited to discuss their career paths with current students (RSVP at Current students are invited to drop by between 4-6:30 and speak to alumni in a variety of professions (law, medicine, IT, translation, education, non-profits, government, business and more), about the range of career options for FLIE or Language and Culture majors and preparing for them. Have an updated resume ready, just in case!
