Lindy Massey is one of the current German 101/102 Teaching Assistants. She has taught in several different capacities throughout her undergraduate career and beyond, ranging from after school programs for elementary students to teaching ESL adult learners abroad. Lindy Massey completed her undergraduate degree in English and Secondary English Education at the University of Kentucky. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she was a Chellgren Student Fellow under the direction of research with Professor Cynthia Ruder, she was the Women's Choir Co-President, and she ultimately was selected as a Fulbright Scholar, beginning her ESL experiences abroad with the grant directly following her May 2016 graduation. She is the current RA of the Max Kade German Haus, and she regularly enjoys cheesy jokes, walks around the Arboretum, and a good cup of coffee.
