Advising

Advising Personnel

  • Dr. Julie Human, Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) for Modern and Classical Languages.

Advising is an important part of the educational process. All MCL/Russian Studies majors are encouraged to meet with a Russian Studies faculty member each semester to discuss their plans and course of study. It is, however, the student’s responsibility to seek advising.

All MCL/Russian Studies majors that have MCL/Russian Studies declared as their primary major are assigned an advisor in MCLLC Russian Studies when they reach 60 hours. Students with MCL/Russian Studies as their second major should contact Prof. Molly T. Blasing (mtblasing@uky.edu) to serve as an informal advisor. For help with this process, please contact MCLLC DUS Dr. Julie Human.

For general information regarding the MCL/Russian Studies major or minor, feel free to contact Prof. Molly T. Blasing (mtblasing@uky.edu).
