Major in Foreign Language and International Economics

Natalie St. Clair a Senior is pursuing a Major in Foreign Language and International Economics and a Minor in Political Science.  Natalie says she has been able to gain knowledge from UK professors that are experts in the field she wants to pursue. "Having someone who is well versed on cultural, political economic norms of another country or another region is really invaluable to the education. "

 

The Foreign Language and International Economics (FLIE) major combines economics with proficiency in a second language and prepares students for a future in government, international relations, law, research, multinational corporations, and local industries who conduct business internationally.
